Vaccination Forms

Parents this is a reminder that the Vaccination Forms are due on Friday, September 13th. Our admin has informed us that a form must be returned indicating whether or not you wish for your child to have the vaccination at LKS.

Missed Test

If you are absent for a test or quiz due to an illness or another activity you must be at school the following day at 7:45 am to write your test.

The only exception would be if you were absent for TWO or more days leading up to the test. In that case, on the day you return you need to arrange for a time to write your test.
